Aly & AJ Stalker Captured


Authorities have arrested 42-year-old Rex Mettler, a southeast Ohio man accused of stalking and threatening Aly and AJ. He's being charged with felony menacing by stalking. Police say he made violent threats against both of them.

Right now he has no attorney but is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Fairfield County Municipal Court.
